 This is indeed odd. ScummVM executable for Windows should include the
 "access.dat" engine data file within itself, and thus it shouldn't
 complain about a wrong version.

 Could you check if you have a rogue "access.dat" file either within the
 folder where your game installed or the path where you run scummvm from?
 Maybe such file is taking precedence over the one that should be loaded
 and causing a conflict.
