 Same issue here, and it gets more frequent as the game progresses

 OP. Should be visible on the first scene you spawn in using the attached
 save
 Language of game: English
 Version of game: MacOS, GOG
 Your OS: Windows 11 22H2 22621.2134

 Also seeing a lot of errors like:

 TeCore::findFile Searched but didn't find 22040/A22010-11-00.png
