New description:

 **Modified per my fix:**

 As of this writing [https://docs.scummvm.org/en/latest/settings/misc.html
 the Miscellaneous help page] has **no description** for **Enable Discord
 Integration** (it used to describe a whole other option before
 [https://github.com/scummvm/scummvm/pull/5186 I fixed it].

 Could you add a description for the Discord's option?
