 Most video decoders use the current screen format by default for the
 surface, but the Tetraedge engine assumes that it’s a specific 32bpp
 format, resulting in graphical corruption if that isn’t the case.
 VideoDecoder::setOutputPixelFormat() should be used if a specific format
 is desired.
