 I don't have a Mac to test this with, but I am not sure what would be
 causing the behavior differences here.  If the res fork was copied
 correctly, then it should be opened in
 POSIXFilesystemNode::createReadStreamForAltStream now.  That code path was
 tested before it was merged, so I'm not sure what the problem is.
