 This is an original bug, so I don't know if it should be patched or not...
 The "Unlock" verb, which in the italian version is translated as
 "Disserrare" is not shown in the verb interface. This is most likely
 related to the string being too long.
 In the console the following warnings are reported:
 WARNING: findVirtScreen(1600) failed, therefore printChar cannot print
 '\x44'!
 WARNING: findVirtScreen(1600) failed, therefore printChar cannot print
 '\x69'!
 ... etc, for each character.
 While the clickable area does not work, the actual command (which could be
 selected using the "B" key) works as expected.

 Scumm 2.7.0 (but it's always been this way)
 V2 bundled with the budget release of DOTT
