 There is no prebuilt win-arm64 installer on the "Download" page. I have to
 build it with MSYS2, using the "clangarm64" port. The building process is
 smooth, and finally, I can generate the executable. Despite this, I still
 wish Windows on ARM64 can have official support. I have packed the
 executable and all the DLLs into one installer with Inno Setup. If you
