Comment:

 This is a play-the-game-with-debug-settings-issue. when using
 toggle_freecamera to move to the nurse clothes and never activate the
 aggressive mode before... it can't work. In normal gameplay this is
 impossible as the npc is only triggered if you switched the actor modes at
 least once.
