 At least in the German CD version, the low latency mode still has some
 bugs. Compare the first few lines of the observatory worker between the
 mode not enabled and being enabled. Each new line has a short stutter at
 the start if low latency is enabled (the first line in the German version
 doesn't count, since that one has a recording error out of the box).
