 Hi, and thanks for the feedback.
 Now this is embarrassing...
 I was pretty sure I already had given the evidence to the officer, but I
 probably did something wrong and made a restore of a game, and forgot to
 give the evidence to the officer again.

 Sorry for wasting your time. I've now been able to buy a ticket and all is
 good. Please close this as not a defect.
