 I can confirm the bug (using the provided save), there's a workaround
 though.
 Just try to leave, when Watson comes back and finishes talking you'll be
 able to open the drawers (even if Epstein is present).
 This looks like a script bug, as if Epstein is set as "outside" when
 Watson finishes talking instead of when they actually move to the other
 room.
