 Just classic `./configure --disable-16bit` on Linux && `make dist-generic`
 and running scummvm from ./dist-generic/scummvm.

 I also tried to remove scummvm.ini from ~/.config/scummvm and re-enable
 the "both" option again, no change. So I don't think it is related to the
 ini file but I can attach later it if you like.

 My Arch Linux distro offers scummvm-2.6.1 executable so my other tests
 were done with this version.
