 Detection of the German version should be fixed in
 b9c7730a167ce7e7db5b843b2beb6e4df2de9cf6

 Updated the wiki with installation instructions: The Anim0007.sfx from CD2
 should be discarded, use the one from CD4 instead.

 I am not sure why the subtitles are not working though, can you attach a
 log of ScummVM's console output when running with `-d 1` in the command
 line?
