 Hi, some questions:

 - When it crashes, is it generating an error message in the console or
 just crashing out of the executable?
 - Can you check that there the `Log/Room40.log" and `Anims/Anim0040.avi`
 both exist in the game directory?
 - What version of the game are you using?  (i.e. CD, DVD, or digital?  If
 digital, what store?  And what language?)
