 Subtitles are awaiting a pull request to be approved on GitHub because the
 problem is in the INI loader in core.  It's rejecting the Speech02.txt
 file because it doesn't consider a line with whitespace followed by a
 comment to be valid.  Once that PR is merged, this bug should be resolved.
