 The tray displaying during the intro (and other movies with sound) should
 be fixed by daf5d7951a2f87afd4dafa2afd5ce35b3aa9e59c.

 Fixed fast animations in aea5b9568b789b3ed2d0ee6e38ef25b48a2364de.  They
 should now always use a hard 25fps lock unless a script forces it to
 something else.
