 With "Global Options - GUI - Ask for confirmation on exit", nancy (nancy5)
 re-attempts exit if I cancel exit at the confirmation prompt. (This may be
 a case of Well Don't Do That Then.)
 If nancy has a game to save, the in-game save prompt appears [again]
 asking if I'd like to save before exiting. If the game doesn't need
 saving, the confirmation prompt immediately re-appears, so effectively I
 must exit.
