#14704: iOS On Screen control can obstruct the global settings

 For example:
 landscape view, GUI set to scale large, open global settings. The arrow
 icons on the top right can not be touched as the On Screen controls are on
 top of them.
 With smaller scale and porrait mode I've also run into this problem but
 not always.
