New description:

 Since games are often distributed with multiple languages but often you
 just want one, or one and a fallback, mass add widget could use something
 like 'add only language' filter dropdown, and if you want to be cooler add
 a secondary fallback for cases where the main language is not available.

 Ignoring things like american English vs British English of course (both
 added because it kind of would make the fallback idea useless if you were
 always adding regional language variations instead of that one foreign
 language you know well, just in case it had only one version). Edit:
 unless there is no limit to the number of fallbacks with some dynamic
 interface of course.

 You could also add a checkbox to make it a fallback, or a sum of all
 languages I guess.
