 I just ran across the same issue with the GOG version of the original
 Broken Sword (the extra install of the original release, not the
 Director's Cut itself). I followed the installation instructions on
 https://wiki.scummvm.org/index.php?title=Broken_Sword_1, including
 renaming the two speech files (they were named with .clv extension for
 some reason).
