Comment (by digitall):

 Tested with Sołtys (Freeware v1.0/DOS/English) and latest git master. I
 can replicate, but it is possible to close the F1/Information dialog. You
 hit Escape to close it and I was able to continue to the game start.

 I would suggest just adding code to allow exiting the dialog with a mouse
 click as well to avoid any user issues, but this is a pretty minor issue.
