 This is a recent regression.
 Tested on latest master on Win10, the cellphone no longer works. When
 used, the standard office/home phone is shown instead (with misaligned
 hotspots) and attempting a call crashes to debugger.
 And there's also a non-visible "hook" hotspot above the "disconnect"
 hotspot that will teleport the character to the emergency phone in the
 sewers...
