#15321: BLADERUNNER: Asking Izo quickly the final question can soft lock the game

Game: Blade Runner |

This is an original bug that also exists in ScummVM.
Initially reported to me by discord member Pazuzu, while attempting a
speed run of the game.
I've tested with ScummVM 2.8.1 and 2.9.0git local dev build on Windows 10
with the GOG and original version of the game (English).
In Act 2, at Hawker Circle (HC01) after interrogating Izo a few times, he
is supposed to be annoyed with McCoy and pick up a camera, take a photo of
McCoy (blinding him with the flash) and then escape into his store.
Before that, Izo typically follows a repeating path according to which he
exits his shop, stands in front of it for a while and then returns back
inside.
If the player is very quick (eg. while speed running), they can click on
Izo while he exits his shop, but before he reaches the waypoint where
he'll be standing. If, then, the player asks him all the questions (or
just the final question) to get him annoyed, he'll start the sequence of
getting his camera and talking about it to McCoy, but then he'll resume
his walking pattern and walk to his waypoint in front of his shop. He'll
then stand there, while the player has their control disabled, so the game
is essentially soft locked.
I have a fix ready, but wanted to have a ticket open to reference (and
include a save game for anyone that wants to reproduce this).
