 i'm on windows 10 and i'm using scummvm version 2.8.1. vampire diaries is
 playable but the game cannot be completed.

 -hotspots on the biology puzzle under the church and the shapes puzzle on
 the dagger case aren't loaded and the game softlocks if you look at either
 of those puzzles

 -the time of day is not properly emulated. the time quickly changes to
 night even though it's not supposed to unless you click on elena's bed to
 sleep

 -trigger to open the bookcase in mr richard's house is available very
 early and i don't think it's supposed to be available that early

 -viewing the confederate display in the school in daytime doesn't trigger
 the conversation with the security guard

 and there are probably more issues that i didn't notice or didn't get far
 enough to run into
