 I just checked on my local version, using a russian Gnap to ensure the
 problem isn't in the game data. It runs just fine under Windows.

 The keys to change lanes are left/right arrows.

 I tried to pass the arcade level (avoiding rocks, driving over people
 standing) and it works too.
