 In the German version of The Rise of the Dragon, the description text is
 displayed in the heading.
 In the DOSBox, the field for the heading is completely missing (bug from
 the game?).
 The English version is displayed correctly.

 I have attached the save files for ScummVM and DOSBox.
 After loading, right-click on the LAPD card in the bottom right corner.

 Screenshots for comparison are also uploaded
