Comment:

Hello! Wow, thank you for reporting, this is very interesting. I did not
know there was a 360k floppy version of KQ5. (Or SQ4 from your other
 ticket: #15572)

 The [https://www.mocagh.org/sierra/kq5-refcard.pdf KQ5 reference card]
 says:

"If you only have low density 360K 5.25" drives, put ALL the disks away
where they won't confuse you. You can't use any of the them. You 'II need
to call our Customer Service hotline at (209) 683-8989 and order KING 'S
QUEST V in the special low-density version directly from Sierra On-Line."

That may be what this is! I have a few questions about both games so that
we can add the detection entries:

 1. Are these 256 color or 16 color versions?
 2. What version number is KQ5? Clicking Help in the upper right and
clicking About KQV will tell you. There may also be a text file named
`VERSION` or some other `QA` file.
 3. Where does SQ4 say the version number 1.065? That version number has
not been seen before, so I want to make sure it is correct.
 4. Do you still have the physical floppy disks? If so, could you pictures?
I don't think anyone has seen these yet!

It would also be nice to know the interpreter versions, but those can be
tricky to figure out so don't worry about it if that's too hard. They are
strings in the executable, but the executables are compressed, so
sometimes it takes extra work to figure out.

I also have a few questions that are off topic for this bug tracker; if
you wouldn't mind could you [https://www.benshoof.org/blog/about email me]
or ping me on the scummvm discord?
