 That character is called "Mr Covert" hence the script error being
 covert_use.

 Loaded that savegame with latest git master on Linux and my copy of HDB
 for Linux.
 No LUA error or crash from talking to Mr Covert, so I suspect this must be
 specific to the LUA scripts present in the PPC version of the game.
