#15620: SCUMM: ZAK C64: Intro animations are too fast

The intro animations in Zak C64 are too fast, which can be best noticed
with the music. The animations run ahead of the music, resulting in the
end of the intro staying frozen while the music has to catch up.

This can be very well observed when in emulation there were three musical
cues that were timed with the appearance of the alien, the appearance of
the machine (the most noticable cue) and the appearance of the
 noseglasses.

Another effect is that the big noseglasses at the end wiggle their
eyebrows at lightspeed, making the animation almost unobservable.

How the timing with the music and the animation speeds actually were
supposed to be can be seen in this video, which includes the emulated
 intro.

My guess is, that they originally built the music and certain animations
around the slowdowns experienced on the original hardware.
