 Hi, try the GOG Version with SCUMMVM Version 2.2.0 for this Game.
 Works fine for me.

 I no longer buy games from Steam. That's why I can't say anything about
 it. But the patch is specifically for the GOG version and according to
 SteamDB the German version is included (Free DLC) on steam.
