 This is presumably referring to the blackrock Tongue of Flame, not the
 book which was the topic of #12504. The duplicate is probably incorrectly
 created by our treasure table for Malchir, since the blackrock piece is
 also created by `PYROS::3E82` at the same time as the book when setting
 `hasTongue`.
