 I have returned with more information, that makes it easier to replicate
 and demonstrate the multi-click issue.
 1. Start game in chapter 7, bring up debug menu and go to `room 46790`
 (The first time you might enter the theatre at a weird spot, in that case
 just get captured.) You will now be on the throne.
 2. Next, hover your cursor over the position shown in the image (i've put
 the status window there so the cursor doesn't disappear in game, but move
 to where the double-arrowed cursor would be in the game.)
 3. Now hit escape. It will both skip the cutscene and start the next one
 which you get by clicking in that area after the cutscene.
