Comment:

 I wasn't aware of this difference in the floppy version, thanks for
 sharing this!

 This probably qualifies as the type of content restoration/continuity
 error fixes that we provide in the enhancements, now.

 I'm not sure it's going to be easy to restore this animation if it's still
 there, but I'll try having a look at it some time. It may take me some
 weeks or months, though.
