 Apologies, but I can't reproduce the problem. I'm on Win10 and I also
 tried on iPad.
 Could you try again using a daily build?

 By the way, do you have any gamepads connected, mouse customizations or
 similar? Did you change the key bindings in the keymapper perhaps?
