 When running Full Throttle on the DS, it tends to skip large amounts of
 dialogue during cutscenes. The DS uses a 32 KB buffer to compensate for
 the lack of threads and past issues with running the mixer during
 interrupts which may be what’s causing it, but I’m not sure.
