 after the manual copy prtection screen, instead of starting the game
 directly, there is a "please insert disk 2" message on the screen. you
 have to press the mouse button or any key, then the game continues to
 load. i have the german version of the game.
 is it possible to fix that to start the game without pressing a key or
 mouse button, like in the dos version?
