Comment:

 I've tested this with the latest master. The current status is:
 - All the buttons (ACM, Quit and Lobby) now work correctly in all areas
 - The controls to change areas in the top menu work correctly
 - The "No" and "Cancel" buttons on the quit screen work correctly
 - The Lobby button in the ACM screen does not take you out of the ACM
 screen, but this seems to be intentional

 Thus, all of the issues above seem to be fixed. Closing as outdated
