 Unlike in the original game (checked in DosBox), no possible setting in
 Nuvie allows for moving in a direction by just holding the respective
 arrow or numpad key, they have to be repeatedly pressed.

 I assume at the very least the non-enhanced preset is supposed to be
 faithful to the original in this usecase, but in general I miss this
 feature of the original because it makes playing with a mixed
 mouse+keyboard setup a lot less cumbersome and more enjoyable for me, so I
 hope somebody could look into this :)
