 Although keyboard support has been added for menus and dialogs, the
 ability to navigate hot areas on the screen using the keyboard is not yet
 supported.

 The original requires these areas to be "discovered" with mouse before
 they can be accessed with keyboard - need to work out how that works in
 the original.
