 Hi, thanks for the report.
 This is a false positive, Zeliard is not supported.
 The game you tried to add contains a file with the same name used in one
 of the games that ScummVM supports (Plumbers don't wear ties) so it gets
 detected as possible variant, but that game is completely unrelated.

 Closing as invalid
