 Please test with ScummVM version 2.8.1 which is the latest.

 There seems to be an entry for detecting this version of Broken Sword
 (German DVD Trilogy Collection) according to the linked source code
 snippet:

 Could you rename the "smackshi" folder to "video" and try again (with
 ScummVM 2.8.1)?
