 Hmm, I can't reproduce the problem on Windows.
 Using a recent 2.10 build I started the game from the beginning, played
 until the first auction, convinced the crowd and the "logic king" trophy
 popped normally (both in-game and in ScummVM's interface)
 Then I loaded your save, convinced the indecisive man and it triggered two
 trophies ("lazy bum" and "salesman"). I attached a screenshot.

 Could you please try again using a 2.10 daily build (preferably from the
 beginning, but also try continuing from your save) with a clean ScummVM
 config file? The steam achievements for this game are tracked in file
 steam-307570.dat (in the savedir)
