 From quick testing on Windows 10, ScummVM 2.5.1 (stable,
 scummvm-2.5.1-win32-x86_64) renders that screen as in the DosBox image. So
 it does not have the bug.

 ScummVM 2.6.0 renders it as in the buggy image. I haven't tested with
 every release since 2.6.0, but 2.9.0 is also buggy.

 So it could be a regression that happened between ScummVM 2.5.1 and 2.6.0
 releases.
