 Fixing this is a high priority for me, but it will take a while so I ask
 patience.

 Our SCI picture code has never been 100% accurate. Until this bug report,
 I thought we'd finally reached 100%, but clearly not. I don't want to
 chase edge cases forever, so I will need to build my own thing to get this
 code under control like I did for our AGI picture code. I have started,
 but it's a cozy activity and will take a while.
