 In the area "Factory's Front Yard", if you pick up the newspaper that is
 on the ground, the game will break and almost every action after that will
 result in a failure (e.g. Woodruff reacts with one of his random "fail"
 animations and nothing else happens). That includes: trying to exit the
 area (you're locked in); trying to talk to the NPCs; or trying to ring the
 doorbell.

 For some reason, clicking the bench will result in Woodruff sitting down
 and not getting up again (as he would normally, before picking up the
 newspaper). It is not possible to get up again after that.
