 I'm not sure if you're still watching this bug, but it appears this PAK
 file is identical to one used in the Japanese version and they differ in
 the "setup.exe" file instead.

 Would it be possible for you to run this command and report the result?

 scummvm --md5 --md5-engine=vcruise --md5-path=setup.exe
