New description:
This was tested with 2.9.0 on Windows and also 2.10.0git recent daily
build, with the GOG version of LSL6 (hi-res/DOS/English) in High
resolution mode and in full screen (to be able to more successfully click
on the exit hotspots).
I have also tested with DosBox and it is showing the same buggy behavior
(ie. the exits get disabled).
Starting the game (in the hotel reception) go four (4) screens to the
left.
Then exit to the left (going out in the hotel yard) and return back into
the hotel exiting to the right.
When entering the hotel corridor from the left, Larry automatically walks
a few steps before stopping. The player still has control of Larry while
this automatic walk takes place.
If the player clicks relatively quickly to make Larry walk somewhere,
before Larry finishes his automatic walk, the exits of that scene get
disabled. Also, if the player is very quick, Larry's pathfinding can also
get bugged and he can walk on walls (see attached screenshot).
