 Oh yeah I remember this; it used to be there for when I was saving Message
 objects as entire chunks; now they are saved with the usual WRITE_LE_INT32
 and READ_LE_INT32, so removing the struct packing should not break
 anything. I just forgot to do it myself.

 I thereby approve your struct packing removal :P Thank you, and feel free
 to commit it yourself
