 **Describe the bug:**
 Both with an older version of Gemini Rue (AGS v3.2.1) and with the game I
 Can't Sleep In Silence, the ags_snowrain plugin does not work properly.
 And what I mean by that is that way too little rain falls compared to the
 original game. If you start both in parallel, you will immediately see
 what I mean. There are far too few raindrops, as if it were only drizzling
 in ScummVM.
