 From a very brief analysis the plugin contains just 2 functions:
 DebugPrint and GetTime.

 The first one is obviously a simple logging function, the other one
 probably returns the system time or something similar (it's just a matter
 of figuring out the format).
 It shouldn't be difficult to implement, it shouldn't be taken for granted
 though that it will be enough for the game to be playable
